Shipping Policy

We aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Due to the busy period, we are offering guaranteed Royal mail delivery and Tracked Royal Mail Delivery only.

We aim to pack and ship and process orders within 3-5 business days, however if this is not possible we will be in touch as soon as possible to update you on your delivery.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracking shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

DEFECTS

In the case that your item is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us at info@doffledog.com within 7 days of receiving the product, in order for us to be able to replace the item. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to possibility of our product(s) selling out, we will not be able to accept exchanges at this time. We recommend following the return policy above for the return of your product and then purchasing your desired size and/or color.

 

CANCELLATION 

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email info@doffledog.com, whilst we will make every effort to help, we regret that we cannot cancel your order if this has already processed for dispatch and you will be required to return the item at your cost.
