Our instagram/Facebook messages are not always manned so the DIRECT POINT of contact whether be it a query, concern or question is to Email

We respond to email messages in the order they are received. Please allow up to 3 working days for a response however during busier periods please allow upto a week. Always include your order number  or full name in the email.

Missed messages

When you send a message out via any social media platform, you’re at the mercy of its algorithms. Even direct messages risk being missed as the platform is regularly used for everyday comms. There’s a strong possibility your important messages could get lost among videos and posts and tags.Therfore all queries need to be directed to our email. Many Thanks.

Please note that you should not rely on a social media platform to raise concerns. Not all platforms will be monitored continuously, especially out with normal working hours. If you have a formal complaint about us, you should contact us via our EMAIL. 

Social Media 

We reserve the right to remove any contributions that break the rules or guidelines of the relevant community, or any of the following:

  • be civil, tasteful and relevant

  • do not post messages that are unlawful, libellous, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented or racially offensive

  • do not swear

  • do not post content copied from elsewhere, for which you do not own the copyright

  • do not post the same message, or very similar messages, more than once (also called spamming)

  • do not publicise your, or anyone else's, personal information, such as contact details

  • do not impersonate someone else


Please take care not to make defamatory statements. In law this means a statement that lowers the reputation of a person or buisness in the eyes of a reasonable person. By publishing such a statement you can get into serious trouble. We will therefore remove any statement that could be deemed to be defamatory / seek legal advise.


Please be aware that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss, indirect loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue, business or management time, howsoever caused. You also agree that the liability of Doffle under this agreement (whether arising in negligence or otherwise) will not under any circumstances exceed an amount equal to the sums paid or payable by you for the said transaction.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


Consequential Loss

In the event of consequential loss, Doffle can only be responsible for the cost of your order.

Reasonable Control

Doffle shall not be liable for any failure to perform in its obligations under this agreement if caused by matters beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to this Agreement

Doffle reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement from time to time. The new version will take effect from the day of change. Price and availability information are also subject to change without notice.

Lock Safe Leads

We advise to activate the lock on all of our lockable leads when in use. However if you wish not do so, it is at your own discretion.
